各証明書申込みの取扱いに関しましては下記をご確認ください。
【和文証明書】
- 8月1日(土)までに申込を受け付けたもの:3日後までに発行
- 8月3日(月)以降に申込を受け付けたもの:8月18日(火)より順次発行
【英文証明書】
- 7月22日(水)までに申込を受け付けたもの:2週間後までに発行
- 7月23日(木)以降に申込を受け付けたもの:8月18日(火)より順次発行

[Graduates/Completed Students] How to Apply for a Certificate
Please follow the steps below to apply for a certificate for graduates and those who have completed their studies.
- College Office
*Applications made by phone or email only will not be accepted.
*Please check the annual application period for certificate application acceptance periods.
If applying by mail
- Please send the following documents:
- Certificate application form (downloadable from "Various Forms")
- Certificate issuance fee (see certificate issuance fee table)
*Please enclose a fixed amount postal money order or ordinary postal money order with the amount of the issuance fee written on it.
Please enclose each money order blank and without folding or tearing it.
*Cash, stamps, and revenue stamps are not accepted. - A self-addressed, stamped return envelope (see the certificate postage chart)
* Long No. 3 (standard size) or square No. 2 (non-standard size) envelope
*Letter Pack Light is also acceptable. - A copy of your ID (driver's license, passport, My Number card, etc.)

If applying at College office
- Please prepare the following documents and complete the procedure at the counter.
- Certificate application form (downloadable from "Various Forms" or pick one up at the counter)
- Certificate issuance fee (see certificate issuance fee table)
*Please purchase stamps for the certificate issuance fee from the stamp vending machine located at the counter. - Identification card (driver's license, passport, My Number card, etc.)
*Just show it. There is no need to make a copy. - Certificate shipping fee (only if you wish to receive it by mail)
*Please prepare the payment in the form of stamps or cash. (See the certificate postage chart.) - A letter of attorney (only if someone other than the applicant applies at the counter)
*Please download the necessary forms from the "Various Forms" section, fill them in, and bring them with you.

*If you wish to receive your order via Letter Pack Light (430 yen), please enclose the Letter Pack Light in your envelope. (No stamps are required.)

Notes on issuing certificates
- Please fill in all necessary information on the certificate application form. (If you do not know your student ID number, you can leave this field blank.)
- Please be sure to fill in the recipient and purpose of use of the certificate. Certificates in English, in particular, cannot be issued without this information.
- When applying for a "Certificate of Academic Ability," please be sure to read the [Notes] on the certificate application form and apply correctly.
- If there is a form specifying where to submit it, please enclose it. (Do not fill in any fields other than those specified to be filled in by the applicant.)
- The Roman alphabet name written on the English certificate must be spelled the same as it appears on your passport. Please check your passport and fill in the name in the same spelling as it appears on your passport.
- The name and registered domicile of the student will be listed on the certificate as of the time of enrollment.
- Only English certificates can be issued under the "changed name." If you wish to have the certificate issued under the changed name, please apply by attaching official documents (such as a certified copy of your family register or an extract of your family register) that prove your name has changed.
- Once paid, fees cannot be refunded.
- Japanese certificates will be sent to each recipient in a separate envelope and sealed. If you have a preference for how the certificates should be enclosed, please write it in the message section of the certificate application form.
