Composition Course

We aim to create outstanding works of art based on original ideas and advanced compositional techniques.
The main opportunities for students to present their work are mid-term and final presentations, but they also actively participate in competitions both in Japan and abroad.

Music Theory Course

Students will gain in-depth specialized knowledge of musical "forms," such as harmony, counterpoint, fugue, and analysis.
With particular emphasis on the historical evolution of musical forms, we aim to train high-quality theory teachers who are creative and have accurate and broad knowledge of various styles, as well as a flexible musical sensibility.

Solfege Course

As a practical skill, solfege improves one's performance and creative abilities.
Solfeggio as a theory will be examined in depth from various perspectives, including what it is and what it should be.
We aim to train high-quality, professional solfeggio teachers.

Sonology Course

This course will focus on and deepen research into the creation of computer music (including multimedia) and related advanced research into programming and creative theory.
