With a view to selecting courses in specialized courses in the third and fourth years, we have established a system that allows students to freely select courses beyond the boundaries of their departments and specializations (majors). |
| Liberal Arts | Based on four worlds of inquiry - "Exploring Humanity," "Exploring Culture," "Exploring Society," and "Exploring the Body" - 13 "areas of learning" have been established, and students will acquire broad knowledge and deep understanding over the course of four years. |
Course Numbering
All courses offered at our college and graduate schools of our Graduate School are assigned a number, which generally consists of four letters and a three-digit number.
The first two letters indicate the type of department or major in which the course is offered, and the third letter indicates the type of format in which the course is offered. The number indicates the position of the course in the curriculum of the department or major. The letter after the number is a code for students from other institutions.
Please use the "numbering" system to plan your course of study, ensure course registration, and systematically understand your learning outcomes.
